Polypropylene fiber is a Chinese trade name of Synthetic fiber isotactic polypropylene fiber, also called polypropylene fiber, which is refined from petroleum with by-product propylene as raw material.
It is a fiber made from propylene as raw material through polymerization and melt spinning. In 1957, it officially started industrial production, and is a rising star among Synthetic fiber. Due to the advantages of simple production process, low product price, high strength, and light relative density, polypropylene has developed rapidly. At present, polypropylene fiber is the fourth largest variety of Synthetic fiber and the lightest fiber among common chemical fibers.

Nylon 66 product features: 1. Nylon 66 is a kind of self-extinguishing material with good stress resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance, which is widely used in automotive parts, power and electronic devices and other fields. 2. High mechanical strength, self-lubricating performance second only to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, due to its molecular characteristics and polymer structure, the best self-lubricating performance), often used in precision gear parts. 3. Excellent oil resistance, solubility in formic acid, good chemical stability. PA is often used where periodic fatigue is very obvious, such as common escalator handrails and new bicycle plastic rims. 3. High softening point and heat resistance (such as nylon 66, its thermal deformation temperature is high, can be used for a long time at 150. The thermal deformation temperature of glass fiber reinforced PA66 is above 250.
